   Helloooo Dick. Hope it’s a great vacation for you. If you need a topic there’s one that’s been bugging me over ‘n over ‘n over. It’s PAYING ATTENTION! Whether it be on the air (outdated spots), or even online like this: https://www.97rock.com/category/contests/ It’s a contest page from WGRF in Buffalo, a very highly rated Classic Rock station that’s got a contest posted from 2022!! Yes, it may be an ongoing contest but you’d never know. The link to contest rules goes to a “can’t find the page” error.    I see it all the time. Bad posts, misspellings, outdated info..makes us all look like dummies. Whether it’s riding, walking, doing a radio show or posting things on y our station’s website, would you please PAY ATTENTION? Thanks. Enjoy your vacation, Dick. You deserve it.

     Dave, I’m with you about such things.

     Based on the number of hats people in the radio business are wearing today (per Fred Jacobs research) what can we expect. People are trying to do too many things at once and this is what happens.

     That’s not an excuse.

     What it does, is contribute to the sense that radio stations are out-of-touch with what’s going on and not the first place to go, if you want/need to be informed.

     It’s very sad.
